Hello Western Australia!!! here I am, away from Singapore and into the arms of a cool winter-y perth!! thanks to Joel who picked me up at the airport!! and to Tom who spotted me first!!! =p and of course to scottie =))))

took a Qantas flight, as they were having a promotion, paid $530 for the ticket, inclusive of taz. Singapore airlines was too expensive! I think it was about 800 over dollars!! the tax went up from $174 last year to a whopping $220 this time round!! this is insane they need to put a cap on the increase of airport taxes!! then again I know it's due to the fuel prices going up as well!

the flight was pretty good, except for the food which sucked, the entertainment was pretty decent, I managed to only watch one show as you couldn't manually start and stop shows like you can when you are on SQ. Watched "Guess who" the one with Ashton Kutcher. I sat beside an english couple who was on a round the world trip!! lucky them, according to them they practically sold off their house and bought a cheaper smaller one and took the profits and bought a round the world ticket, they would be travelling for about 5 months!! wow!! think they must be on their way to the easter states of Australia by the time I get back to Singapore!!

Just finished "the box with the dots" yummy!! been craving for Dominos for over a week, really glad I had my fill and I think that would be en ough till November = )

really sleepy, think I am going to crash and snooze, I just see so many familiar things.. Tiamo.. the bus stops, the caltex house!!! can't wait for fremantle tomorrow!!
